first the positive nice service, big portions if you like them ... about half of the parking lot was occupied by no-parking signs with tow threats. the operation mentioned .. there is still space in the side streets !! parking in the side streets ???? We found the prices for the dishes we ate too high. unfortunately also a long wait under these circumstances no recommendation

If we want to eat delicious German cuisine then we always like to go to the moor pond. At the moment only a reduced menu due to Corona, but still a plentiful selection of dishes. The food is freshly prepared and therefore takes some time. The portions are very plentiful and taste great. The Corona distance rules and hygiene are also implemented well. Always happy.

The four of us dined here today on our last day of vacation. We haven't eaten so well in a long time. Thank you for that made our vacation complete. The service was very attentive and friendly despite the well-stocked restaurant. We will definitely be back on the next vacation.

Waitresses looked annoyed and listless. Main course drowned in the sauce. Even the "crispy" fried potatoes went seamlessly into the mud. I didn't expect that. Statement by the waitress: It’s like that, I also learned during my training (XX years ago). Starter (fish soup) was good, but the request to have the starter in two portions in small bowls was refused with the following comment: THAT doesn't do THAT !! We once assumed that he meant the cook. Conclusion for me: once and never again.

No modern kitchen to be seen. eat The food ordered was ok. It was also more than plentiful. But that doesn't change the average ... staff The staff ranged between friendly and inattentive, but was generally okay. Price-performance Given the amount, probably just okay. But here less would be more. However, the quality does not match the general price level.

A rather inconspicuous inn that has it all. Very tasty, rich food paired with a nice, friendly service and a very good price / performance ratio. My unreserved recommendation. I will gladly come again.

We wanted to eat there on Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m., went in and were kicked out with the words "We're closing now". Although it is on the Internet and at the front of the entrance, it is open from 12:00 to 14:00. Very annoying when you can't rely on the times.

We were there almost every day during our New Year's Eve stay in Scharbeutz. The food is very rich and very, very good. We have never eaten as good in Scharbeutz as there. The waitresses were always very nice ... but unfortunately we have to say that it was always pretty fresh. But we can still recommend everyone to eat there. We will do it again and again on our next vacation. A huge compliment to the cook the duck was a dream 👍

Wow - what a find! This restaurant was recommended to us by a local whilst staying in Scharbeutz for a typical beach family holiday. It is off the beaten track and not simply one to come across accidentally. It has a modern feel with a lovely atmosphere and we were welcomed and served without delay. Being a party of 8 with extended family and friends coming together for the occasion we all ordered different dishes from the extensive menu which arrived surprisingly quickly. The children's meals arrived first which is always a good sign followed immediately by all adult dishes. Everyone was impressed, everyone praised the food they had and there were clean plates all round. Our son even called it his "best meal ever" and given that the bill came to less than €20 per person including drinks it was clearly excellent value for money, too. Highly recommended and worth the short drive when staying in the area.
